Concerts??

Have you been to a concert? If so, who'd you see?

I think I might be the only person that has never been a concert before. Lame, right?

Really!? Me neither! I have never been to a concert. So glad I'm not alone!

Haha, I have also never been to a concert, unless you count the one time I got to go to the Anchorage Symphony for free. I think anything else would be too loud for me. You're not alone!

I've never been to a real concert(outside of orchestra/choir), but I went to a concert-palooza type thing that had a lot of local artists playing in different rooms. I spent most of my time in the acoustic room--the mosh pit experience in the rock room was rather painful, and the band wasn't that good. Even if some of the acoustic sets weren't all that great, they were off the stage after they did a song or two.

Whoa, I didn't think all of you guys hadn't been to concerts either! I feel so much better. The only ones I've been to were some symphony type things for music class.

@Amanda That sounds pretty cool. I wouldn't be able to take the whole rock mosh pit thing either lol.


Actually, Taylor Swift is coming to town in October for a concert & I'm dying to go!! But tickets are 100 bucks a piece. I definitely don't have that kind of money lol.

Achh, I know right? U2 is coming to town this summer or sometime like that for the first time forever but tickets sold out in 15 minutes. Now they're going for hundreds on eBay and stuff but I don't have that kind of money. *disappointed* Concerts are just expensive.

Wow, really? Same thing will probably happen with the T. Swift tickets so I'm totally bummed. They're too expensive. It should be cheaper for people like us lol.

Agreed! It feels pathetic to have lived sixteen years (in my case) and never been to a concert!

When we're all famous authors, we'll go to concerts whenever we feel like it! Taylor Swift will ask for our autographs! LOL.

I've only been to a Christian concert. I really want to go to a Taylor Swift one! My brothers friends went last year and Taylor let them come on stage and she hugged them!!! I think I might go to a Glee concert sometime maybe, it depends on if my brother can talk my mom into taking us (cause then we don't have to pay for it )

That's so cool about Taylor! What band was playing at the concert you went to?

There were a bunch of them. It was one of those concerts where they have like ten different groups and they all played, so I can't remember the names but it was really good!!!

Aha, Shahira! You're not lame, I've never been to a concert before either! In fact, the closest I've come to a concert would be Disney Princesses On Ice (3rd Grade) lol. xP

I feel so much better. I had no idea so many people haven't been to a concert.

Maya, Disney Princesses on Ice sounds like SO much fun lol. &it's better than nothing. Glad I'm not the only one!

I feel a lot better as well, Lizzy!

A few years ago I did go see Rent the Musical when they came to town but that's not really a concert. (Although, the show was ah-mazing!!)
