Randomly, what is the most unique/weird food you've ever eaten?

For me...hmm. I don't know. I haven't eaten a lot of strange things. Shocked Does an earthworm count? That's not food, but it is the weirdest thing I've eaten. (Hey, I had an older-brother-influence going when I was a kid!)

The first thing I thought when I saw the title was 'random' lol, but I love random stuff Very Happy
You ate an earth worm?! Lol, I have an older brother too, but he never made me do any of that stuff, that's normally the kind of stuff we made our sister do haha.
Um, the weirdest food I've ever eaten? I'm like super picky so I haven't really eaten weird food. I had pickles covered in chocolate syrup once lol

LOL! That sounds disgusting. >.< Yeah, he didn't technically MAKE me do it but he was doing it and I'm kind of competitive...so, I did it. It was very small, and tasted like dirt. Shocked *gag*

LOL! It was too long ago for me to remember the details, thankfully. Laughing I just wanted to do everything my brother did, I guess. I blame my current little fear of heights on the things I did under brother-influence too. One too many falls out of trees did the trick. *sigh* Brothers.

Lol, I always wanted to be around my brother and I followed him around but if he told me to do something that I didn't want to do I would plain out say no. I was sort of treated like I was the same age as him, so I didn't do anything he told me to. Now my sister on the other hand... I think we might have made her eat a worm once, *thinks*

poor Lizzy though, I never fell out of trees cause I was too scared to climb up too high but I think at least three of his friends did, and at least one of them broke their arms

Haha! My brother's 2 years older than me so it's enough of a gap to where I was terrified to say no, sometimes. Shocked But sometimes I just wanted to be tough and cool and not afraid, LOL.

Yeah, I seem to have a problem with falling off things. My first time on a zip line I just kind of...let go. I landed on my stomach and I think I went into shock or something because I went really funny and couldn't remember where I was for a little bit. Scared my siblings. Hehe. ^^

But did you know even though I've developed a fear of heights and falling, I have never once broken a bone? I think I got seriously lucky, LOL

My brothers 2 and 1/2 years older than me. I think really it was that even if I thought doing what he said would make me look cooler, I was way to lazy to actually do it Smile I don't know, I just really didn't like people telling me what to do back then lol

Ouch! I think I would be scared for you too! I always feel bad for the oldest when the younger siblings get hurt cause you always know that they're the ones that are going to get yelled at no matter what happened lol

Lucky! I broke my arm twice, one when I was four and my mean neighbor tripped me purposely when I was running on concrete. So like of course I go crying to my dad who looks at me and goes "go find your mom" lol and then the other time when I was five and I fell while twirling on the carpet (no clue how it happened) though that's nothing compared to my brother, he broke his arm 3 times in one year once

Ouch. I've never broken anything, but I'd imagine it hurts considerably. *shocker* Plus having to wear a cast that you can't scratch underneath? Shocked I don't think I could stand it. The biggest injury I've ever had, in recent memory, is an elbow to the ribs/diaphragm. And, WOW. If you have never been hit in the ribs, and have only read about the wind getting knocked out of you…there is some serious understating going on there. The wind goes out, and it don't come back. pale I thought I was going to blackout for a minute there.

To answer the question…I don't think I've ever eaten anything weirder than sauerkraut, and I like sauerkraut--especially with brown mustard and bratwurst. Hehe, no older brothers to influence me, thank goodness. I did once get my younger brother convinced that mudpie tastes delicious though, and he ate some. Very Happy I'm evil, I know.

Ouch. Why did you get hit? I'vd been hit in the ribs before and I can agree! I was climbing a metal fence in the winter, slipped on some ice and landed on my ribs on the metal post. Exactly what you said, and it hurt to breath for a week afterwards. Oh, and I also got stiches once on my face. I'm not going to get into any further than, when doing a flip on a bar, never ask you dad to spot you. He will look away just as you do it and the ground is not soft grass, nope, its a bunch of rocks.

I don't like sauerkraut, my dad and mom love it though. Haha, not evil, just expressing your creativity and acting skills. I mean, most people would just make their siblings eat plain dirt, you went above and beyond and made him eat mudpies lol[/quote]

Owww, sounds so painful! Rocks can be brutal. I sliced my foot on some seemingly dull rocks once. It wasn't a big cut but it went right through a nerve and bled like crazy. I didn't like that at all. It's still numb when I touch it there, I think I permanently ruined the nerve. Sad *shudders at the memory*

You know for being a dancer and all I have a history of being about as far from graceful as it gets. Shocked

I think the most unique thing I've ever eaten is liver with mustard. It was actually really good, the way my grandmother made it. I've only had it the once, though. Sauerkraut is pretty good, but it's not my favorite. And I've only broken one bone, a toe, from kicking the floor too hard(missed the ball), and my mom didn't believe that it was broken and still made me carry stuff. She wouldn't take me to the doctor either, because she thought I was blowing things out of proportion to get out of work. I made a splint with a bandanna--the toe is still a little crooked, to this day, lol. Smile

Ooh, my experience wasn't as bad as that. We were playing Trashcan after youth group (everyone holds hands in a ring around a--hopefully empty--trash can, and if you touch the trash can or break the ring, you're out) and I was one of three left. The guy crushing my right hand was trying to pull me into it, and got me in the side with his elbow…I let the trash can touch me after that. It only hurt for a day after, but I have never experienced such intense pain in my life--put me out of action for a good five minutes, wheezing the whole time. I do not recommend co-ed Trashcan. Not fun.

Oww! Sounds painful. I hate having the wind knocked out of me. LOL! What is it about having younger siblings and loving to test your experiments on them? I'm guilty of plenty of things just like that. I ate dirt when I was little, but that was half because my mom told me not to and half because I wanted to know what it tasted like. Shocked

@Renee that really has to hurt! I'm glad I wasn't playing it, I was too revengeful as a kid and I would have ended up punching the boy or something. Trashcan sounds like an interesting game. I've never heard of it before, but if I ever play it, I'll make sure that everyone else is a ton weaker that me Very Happy

@Sarah Exactly. But I usually don't try things that don't look appealing. I can barely get sushi down knowing it's raw fish lol.

@Lizzy I think I was more fearless as a kid haha. Plus, it was like a norm at my friends house so I knew I'd look weird not eating it. But if I came across it again, I'd never eat it. No
