Ughh-- I can't write! :(

Do you ever reach the place where you just NEED to write but you open and shut it and walk away?? Or else you just STARE? Yeah, that's me today. I finally have all this beautiful free time and I'm not writing! *glum*

Oh, I would love to write. I have way too much school. I can't. I must ignore my novel until graduation. Which is really hard, because I have all these awesome edits that I really want to implement(THANK YOU, Taryn! ). So I'm just going to put those documents on Renee's computer, so I can't give into the temptation to work on them.

But I totally have those moments, haha. I rope one of my friends into writing sprints over instant messenger. The competition usually gets me past the block. I mean, the writing will probably be sub-par, but I can always fix it later, when I've got an action-y part filling in the white space afterward. I generally only get stuck on transitions between plot points. They drive me crazy.

And yeah, writing sprints are quite literally awesome. Since I started to write seriously with NaNoWriMo, I've learned to break through those pesky barriers.

May 6th. I need absolutely everything in by May 6th. I feel like a piece of meat in a pressure cooker. But I keep considering what kind of meat I am, instead of getting my online classes done--you know, the ones that I left until the end of the semester to do. No big deal.
