I haven't written in a long, long time. But I've got a pretty good ides that I can't wait to start writing.

I'm finally taking classes this semester. Which is super exciting because one of my classes is Creative Writing-Poetry.

I'm happy today! It's rainy and not even 60 degrees. *cheers* Yay for spontaneously chilly weather!! And school started for me the 2nd week of August. I know, I know. INSANE. But I'm surviving! It's been a super light year (no math!!! HURRAY!!) and I've had more time to focus on my novel and college as a result. *cheer again*

I hope I can find the time to write as well! I'm pretty sure I've got the time, I'm just always so sleepy lol. But no, after going to the Poetry class I've realized how little I know about poetry. But it's been fun.

I'm SO jealous of the weather!! It's like 88 degrees here but I feel like it's too hot. :/ Seems to be cooling down though which is great. &wow, the 2nd week of August? O.o At least you don't have math. I'd go to school year round if. I never had to take a math class again lol.

I'm doing okay, just finished a ten hour school day and I'm exhausted. But I think I might get some writing done tomorrow I'm still working on the same project but I don't mind because I love it so much!

I'm good. I'm tired; work started today. Not to mention I had a deathly boring communications class. But. I didn't go for ten hours straight, so, that's good... O_o

Also, there are some bad fires in the east Texas area right now, so that's seriously worrying... O_o

But I am happy. I got my room back! (Long story.)

@Constance Thank you! You should get chocolate for having to go through that boring class. I know how that's like. *hands chocolate* I didn't hear about the fires in Texas. I hope everyones alright! My prayers are with them.

Really? I knew there were fires, but I only realized they were actually badly widespread when my aunt called asking if we were all burning down––and she lives in Ohio (she saw it in the news).
But yeah, thanks for your prayers. ^_^

@Sarah *hands hot chocolate* There is no better cheer-up drink than hot chocolate, I swear! And I've wanted some for days because our temperature dipped into the 60s (which was jarring after 100s) but lovely, and hot-chocolate-worthy. But alas, we have no coco powder!!! O_O Or really chocolate of any kind.

@Constance I did hear about the fires! But I figured you would at least call me if your house was burning down, right? I'll be praying, too.

Yes, I'd at least call. Unless I was busy getting out of my burning house... in which case, there would not be much calling... especially if the phone was still in the house. *thinking second-to-worst-case scenarios*

I'm great, it's nearly time for my mid-semester break, so I'm looking forward to that! As for my writing, I'm still working on my WIP, but there's a short story I left unfinished that I want to return to, so I might look at that this weekend. I'm doing a mini-marathon (5,000 words in 5 days) in the '100 words for 100 days' challenge, so that should boost my word count a bit

@Constance Thanks I haven't been able to watch any tv in the past few weeks because of school so no news for me. I was just able to watch some news about two days ago and now everything is about 9/11 so I haven't seen anything on the Texas fires.

@Maggie Thank you No coco OR chocolate?! That's terrible! *sends a basket of chocolate*

Fair enough. And I never watch the news, so I wouldn't have known if I were you.
