I wrote today :)

I wrote 1k today!!! I'm so excited! I've written a little here and there but not much since I finished my last novel. I blame this on wanting a break, school, and nice weather But today I sat down and wrote! And it was in the novel I really want to get done this summer!!! Yay!

Any one else get some writing done today?

I haven't been, due to the plotting. It and I aren't friends. But I was planning on sitting down and making myself set a deadline tonight, so hopefully I'll get it done so I can write again! Wish me luck.

I edited today. I'm not drafting ATM (it's a relief!). But I did finish editing a chapter so that's something.

I'm happy for you, Sarah! So glad you got some writing done. :] No writing done here but there's always tomorrow. :-D

I've gotten about 2.5k done in the last two days, which I'd usually be happy with...but it's way less than my goal, so...yes. I'm going to try to get that same number at least tonight, if not twice as much. But I'm exhausted, and the coffee hasn't kicked in, so I'm going to get myself some tea and see what I can do.

lol, the tea did absolutely nothing except taste good. So I decided that sleep would allow me to be fully awake for today, and am spending today in the Fortress. By which I mean my blanket fort/writing cave.

I want a Fortress!! Did you get a lot of writing done today?
